Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Suleiman Bin Mohamed is our Non-Executive Chairman. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science from Universitas Negeri Padjadjaran Bandung, Indonesia in 1972 and he obtained a Doctorandus Degree in Journalism from the same university in 1974. Subsequently in 1999, he obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Malay Literature Studies from University Kebangsaan Malaysia.
He started his career in 1974 when he joined Utusan Melayu as a journalist. In 1977, he joined Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka as a publicity officer. He then joined Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Malaysia as a press secretary where he was involved in handling requests from newspapers reporters, drafting press releases and speeches for ministers and organising events from 1978 to 1980. In 1980, he joined the Ministry of Information, Malaysia as a senior press liaison officer where he acted as an adviser and spokesperson for the Minister of Ministry of Information, Malaysia.
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Suleiman was an elected Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for four (4) consecutive terms between 1986 and 2004. He also held the posts of Deputy Minister of Prime Minister's Department, Malaysia from 1987 to 1995, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Information, Malaysia from 1995 to 1999 and Deputy Minister of Ministry of Health, Malaysia from 1999 to 2004.
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Suleiman was the former Chairman of UNITAR International University, a position he held from 2012 to 2016.
Tan Sri is also the founder and Chairman of Koperasi Khazanah Suria (KL) Berhad since 2009, a company that provides business consulting and promotes financial literacy, education and planning for its members.
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Suleiman is also the Chairman of two publicly-listed companies at the Bursa Malaysia which are Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad and Yoong Onn Corporation Berhad.

Dato' Setia Dr. Joshua Peter Tan was a former student of St John Institution, Bukit Nenas Kuala Lumpur and obtained his Master Degree in Constructions Management from University of Wales Science & Technology (UWIST), and obtained his Doctorate in Construction Technology from Pacific Western University.
Upon graduation, he has participated over the last twenty five years in two family owned construction companies, namely TKH Construction Sdn. Bhd. and Jaya Kuasa Sdn. Bhd., both CIDB G7 Contractors.
Dato' Setia Dr. Joshua Tan was the initial founding president of Malaysia Tourism Federation (MTF), Global Islamic Tourism Organisation (GITO) in 2010 and the United National Children Organisation Malaysia (UNCOM) in 2011.
He was appointed in 2011 as the advisor for trade investment and tourism at Clarke International Airport Corporation and served until 2014.
His former engagement in Corporate Social Services includes the appointment as Patron to Ozanam Welfare Home in PJ, Honorary President to Xin Phou Moon back in the nineties, President of the Malaysian Parkinson Disease Association (MPDA) and Asia Pacific Parkinson Association (APPDA).

Dato’ Zamri Bin Ahmad is a highly accomplished engineering and energy professional with over three decades of leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, and sustainability-focused development projects. A civil engineering graduate from the University of Wollongong, Australia, he has held pivotal roles in PETRONAS for 25 years, including Head and Country Manager of the landmark Trans Thai-Malaysia Gas Pipeline Project—one of Southeast Asia’s most strategic bilateral energy collaborations.
His expertise spans end-to-end project delivery, from conceptual design and international contract negotiations to environmental compliance and cross-border operations. Dato’ Zamri has managed complex projects involving global stakeholders and contractors across Italy, Japan, Korea, the UK, and Thailand.
Currently serving as Project Director and Advisor to several firms—including Plot Energy, FACE Consulting Engineers, and Solaris Infiniti—he continues to drive impactful projects in refinery maintenance, environmental management, ISO certification, and coastal infrastructure development.

Dato’ Haji Badrol Hisham Bin Hashim is a seasoned leader with a strong legacy of service in government, community development, and the private sector. With over 25 years of experience spanning political leadership, state administration, and NGO engagement, he brings deep insight into public governance, infrastructure planning, and grassroots economic empowerment.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak. Dato’ Badrol has served as a Kedah State Executive Council Member, overseeing portfolios including housing, utilities, human capital, and local governance. He has also held national roles such as Special Officer to the Minister of Rural Development and Chairman of RISDA Fleet Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Koay Hean Yeow is a seasoned software and risk management professional with extensive experience across financial services, renewable energy, and academia. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Green Total Renewable Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he has led the company since January 2019, overseeing strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and regulatory compliance. He is the current Managing Director of QF Bioenergy Sdn Bhd.
Previously, Mr. Koay Hean Yeow held key roles such as Trading System Manager at AAE Trust in Labuan and Software Risk Analyst at ErgTrader Ltd in London. He also served as Manager at Clinical Traders in Kuala Lumpur and began his professional journey as a Tutor at Universiti Putra Malaysia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering in 2007.
He brings a strong foundation in risk management, project execution, and financial administration, coupled with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, market trend analysis, and software evaluation. His technical skills are complemented by strengths in communication, team collaboration, and process implementation.
Mr. Mohd Hardi bin Abdul Hamid completed his secondary school at MARA Junior Science College Beseri, Perlis. He then when to do his Diploma in Public Administration at MARA Institute of Technology Lendu, Malacca and subsequently read law at MARA University of Technology Shah Alam, Selangor. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2003.
He joined various legal firms before he decided to cease practice in 2010. While in legal practice his area of practice primarily involving conveyancing, corporate and banking. His experience ranges from real estate, financing, corporate and commercial matters including due diligence, title and procedural land law issues, conventional and Islamic finance, sale and purchase agreement, leases agreement, acquisition of vacant land, obtaining state authority consents and advising joint-venture partners for projects.
Thereafter he joined Protank Group and GOM Resources Sdn. Bhd. as their Legal Counsel. Both companies are specializing in engineering, energy and utilities. He was in charge of their legal department. He has engineering and oil & gas industry experience in strategy, contract, project and procurement.
He also serves as a Director of Valkua (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Leigh Aero (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Datuk Ronnie Loh Ee Eng is an experienced Malaysian businessman and community leader based in Sabah. He embarked on a business career as the sole proprietor of Broad Success Enterprise from 1990 to 2013, specializing in trading, supplies, and general contracting.
His strong commitment to public service is reflected in his long-standing role as Pemimpin Pembangunan Masyarakat (PPM) for ADUN N.14 Likas since 2018, and his past appointment as a State Assembly Member (YB ADUN Sabah) from 2019 to 2020. He has also served in various political and community capacities, including as committee member of the Sabah Kidney Foundation since 2001.
Recognized for his leadership and dedication, he was awarded the ADK (Ahli Darja Kinabalu) by the Sabah State Government in 1999. Since 2021, he has been a board member of Sabah Oil & Gas Development Corporation (SOGDC).
Known for his integrity, persistence, and ability to build strong relationships across business, government, and community sectors, Datuk Ronnie Loh continues to contribute meaningfully to the development of Sabah.
Mr. Azhar Anas, aged 52, is the Managing Director of the Integra Group of Companies which he founded to venture into the carbon finance industry, leverage on his extensive project management and project execution experience.
He has more than twenty years experience in the construction and power industries, and more recently has been involved in the carbon finance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) degree from the University of Houston, Texas, USA. He started his career in the Hydro Projects Department, Tenaga Nasional Bhd., the national power utility company in Malaysia. Subsequently, he moved on to various engineering and project management companies that were involved mainly in power plant and heavy infrastructure development. He is passionate about renewable energy and clean technology and their use to fight against climate change.
He is a member of the Heritage of Malaysia Trust, an NGO devoted to the preservation of Malaysia’s built heritage.
Mr. Raymond Tan, aged 55, is a Civil Engineer and had worked on several construction sites as Project Manager for Tan Kok Hua Construction Sdn. Bhd., Associated Builders & Contractors Sdn. Bhd. and also Jaya Kuasa Sdn. Bhd., all of which are Grade G7 Construction Companies and also as Management Coordinator for ESA Jurutera Perunding, an Engineering Consultancy Firm in Bangsar, KL and Operations Manager for Mt Moriah Construction Sdn Bhd. which built its own development, Wangsa Metroview in Wangsa Maju, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur consisting three blocks high-rise apartments, townvillas and commercial shophouses. Under the Mt Moriah Group, he was also the Business Development Manager for 3SY Trading Sdn. Bhd., a construction materials trading house; Lift & Dig Sdn. Bhd., a construction machinery rental company; and, also Quat Concrete Sdn. Bhd., a Ready-mix Concrete Supplier which plant was located in Sri Rampai. He was also the Quality Management Representative for IS09001 for Quat Concrete. The company boss had also took over a College, Kolej Teknologi Perkasa of which he was also involved for 2 years, at its initial stage of development.
He has close to thirty years’ experience in the construction and development industries, and more recently has been involved in the renewable energy industry under Hualang Renewable Energy Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom.
